L’IRONIE D’UN SAUT (THE IRONY IN LEAPING) is a creation of The SID Company. It was first presented in June 2017, after a year of research and creation using writings of Inès Maccario as a starting point, as a part of Cirqu’En Plein Air run by la Coopérative De Rue et De Cirque (The Street and Circus Co-operation) in Paris.
L’IRONIE D’UN SAUT (THE IRONY IN LEAPING) was created under the wise eyes of Michel Cerda, Françoise Lepoix, Stefano Gilardi; with Antoine Deheppe (base) and Inès Maccario (flyer). Charles Dubois was the sound designer.
The show is intended for general audiences, is 50 minutes long and is destined for public spaces as well as theaters and big-tops (180°).
